Lynn Peck-Collins, New Bern, NC
Lynn’s “Starwatch” won Best In Show at the Coastal Carolina Quilters Guild Show, May 2009, in Morehead City, North Carolina. A variety of threads, designs, and techniques were used to quilt this stunning work.
This Lone Star was custom-quilted using several shades of high-sheen thread from Superior Thread’s Rainbow Line. Subtly different designs were used on the stars and on the background.
This stunning Starwatch was custom quilted using many different threads, designs, and techniques.

Charlette Buckmaster
Fiber Artist charlette Buckmaster designed and pieced this one-of-a-kind large, stained-glass wall hanging to be displayed at the Eno River Unitarian Fellowship in Durham, NC. Custom quilting of this work was greatly enhanced by the use of Statler Stitcher’s Creative Studio Software.
